I know it is unacceptable for a physiotherapist to date a current patient but is it ok once the therapy is over? I do not think that there is anything in the Statues about problems dating former patients. That is an ethical issue. Law wise, however, no limitations!

The article also describes how physical therapists can collaborate with patients to identify functional goals that are meaningful to them and describes a 5-step process for writing functional goals that are measurable.
